ANTISPAM POLICY

New Horizon Media™ Mail requires that all customers of New Horizon Media™’s products and services, along with affiliates and partners must have consent to send marketing email to the intended recipient.

An email address can only be added to a mailing list if the user of that email address has: (i) made a verifiable web site submission; and (ii) received clear and conspicuous notice at the point of email collection which allows the reasonable user to easily and readily understand exactly to what they are consenting upon providing their email address, and make that consent notice obvious and readily available for online reference at any time by any party. After making the verifiable web site submission, the use must receive an email which notifies the user of their subscription and provides clear unsubscribe instructions.

Every email sent by New Horizon Media™ contains an unsubscribe link. You can easily terminate your subscription by clicking on the unsubscribe link, or by sending an email to unsubscribe@New-Horizons-Media.com.

New Horizon Media™ utilizes web panels to collect email addresses and assist in building list databases. After an individual subscribes an email address through a web panel either supplied by New Horizon Media™ or through an affiliated web site, before that email address is added to New Horizon Media™’s data base, the user of that email address will receive an email verifying his or her interest to receive future mailings about the particular topic of the list.

New Horizon Media™ does not, under any circumstances, tolerate the use of spam. If you would like report any misuse of New Horizon Media™'s products or services, or report a particular message sent by New Horizon Media™, you may do so by emailing abuse@New Horizon Media.com. Upon receipt of a complaint we will carry out an investigation and take appropriate action.

New Horizon Media™ reserves the right to terminate a New Horizon Media™ customer, affiliate or partner account, for abuse of our products or services at any time, with or without prior notice.

Abuse includes, without limitation, a New Horizon Media™ customer, affiliate or partner:

(i) initiating, procuring, arranging or facilitating the sending of unsolicited bulk email to promote or advertise, either directly or indirectly, a web site containing a web panel supplied by New Horizon Media™, or a web panel utilized to post data to New Horizon Media™;

(ii) abusing any New Horizon Media™ product or service in an effort to improperly collect email addresses, such as initiating, procuring, arranging or facilitating the scripting of a New Horizon Media™ web panel or manually subscribing harvested email addresses, in an attempt to cause the New Horizon Media™ system to generate confirmation requests or list invitations and add email addresses to a New Horizon Media™ customer's list database;

(iii) initiating the transmission of a message using the New Horizon Media™ system with a false or deceptive from address, subject line, message content or link;

(iv) conducting mailings contrary to the MAAWG Best Sender Communication Practices while using New Horizon Media™'s products or services;

(v) utilizing New Horizon Media™’s products or services in any manner to facilitate the sending of email that is contrary to any applicable law, rule or regulation;

(vi) any use of New Horizon Media™'s products or services that involves the direct or indirect initiating, procuring, arranging or facilitating of any activity that may or will result in the sending of unsolicited bulk email; or

(vi) any other use of New Horizon Media™'s products or services that is contrary to best practices, as determined by New Horizon Media™, at its sole discretion.

At all times, we ask that New Horizon Media™’s customer, affiliate or partner fully cooperate with any investigation carried out by, or on behalf of, New Horizon Media™.
